The museum is accessible to all

There is full physical access to all public areas (including galleries, education spaces, shop, café and auditorium).

Services available for visitors with mobility impairments:

  • Accessible lift serving all floors of the Jewish Museum London
  • Accessible lavatories are available on most floors
  • A wheelchair which can be booked for use within the museum

Services available for visitors with hearing impairments:

  • ?An induction loop runs through the Welcome Gallery, Auditorium and permanent gallery spaces. Users should switch their hearing aid to T mode and as they approach sound coming through in-built speakers it will pick up the amplification.  

Carers are admitted free.

Access for guide dogs is allowed in all areas of the gallery.

Curious Explorers

A relaxed morning during the school holiday for children with autism or other social communication conditions, their siblings, parents and carers. Free admission. 

  • Enjoy early opening and a dedicated space at the museum from 9am.
